- Program management lead associated with the design and implementation of Indiana’s cybersecurity program management framework and implementation of projects utilizing NIST standard across a $17.5 million budget including intrusion prevention services, health checks and assessments, vendor controls, penetration testing, increasing public confidence and tabletop exercises and incident response planning

- Utilized Tableau to identify, assess and prioritize key drivers to determine engagement impacts within the card operations organization; implemented three recommendations, which contributed to a 6% increase in employee engagement within the next six months
- Improved card ops virtual teaming across 10k associates by identifying and leading improvement opportunities across technology, training, culture and performance management
- Led agile delivery of targeted deals that were automatically applied to customer’s statements across Capital One’s credit card product catalog
