Kevin Kao is a director with Baker Tilly’s specialty tax practice.
Kevin has more than eight years of experience in public accounting and providing international tax services to a variety of clients. He has worked on structuring international operations with inbound and outbound multinational enterprises. Kevin has helped guide clients through changes under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, such as section 951A (GILTI), section 250 (FDII), section 163(j) (interest expense limitation), and section 245A (foreign dividends received deduction).

- Performs due diligence services on both buy-side and sell-side transactions
