Jacob’s experience in transaction services, corporate development, and public accounting began in 1996. He collaborates with private equity firms, corporations, and other business advisors to assist with buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, closing submission support, and other transaction-related advisory services. Jacob has worked mainly within the manufacturing, distribution, construction, and technology industries.
Before joining the firm, Jacob worked as a transaction professional and auditor with the Big Four and other firms. Additionally, Jacob served five years as the director of corporate development for a payment processing company.
Jacob is also a veteran, serving eight years in the Army National Guard.
