Don Lifto, a director with Baker Tilly, has 25 years of experience as a public-school superintendent and more than 13 years of experience serving primarily public-school clients. Don’s direct client responsibilities focus primarily on the design and administration of scientific, random-sample and online surveys. These surveys measure community perceptions, satisfaction, priorities for spending and the feasibility to gain community support through a referendum when seeking additional resources for operations, technology or debt issuance for buildings. He also provides support to school districts or other municipal clients in planning and executing tax elections.
