Baker Tilly's second annual Fraud Summit will be held virtually from March 22-24, 2022 featuring notable speakers and leaders from the industry. This event is complimentary. There is no cost is associated with attending.

No, you can choose which sessions you join.

  • Each day has one zoom link for all of the sessions that day. You can leave and re-join with the same link as often as you’d like.
  • See below CPE FAQ for questions around certificates.

Webinar links will be emailed to you once you register for the event on our website.

  • Sessions start at the top of the hour, and you must be in attendance for the full session(s) and answer all polling questions. Over the course of the 3 days, there are 14 CPE credits available, but you will only receive CPE credit for those you attended and participated in.
  • If you qualify for CPE, certificates will be emailed to you within 4-6 weeks post-event.

Jonathan T. Marks Jonathan specializes in global and complex corporate investigations (White Collar Crime) and other investigations. He has 30+ years of experience working closely with clients, their board, audit committee, senior management, internal audit, compliance, legal and outside law firm on global/domestic fraud, misconduct, cyber incidents, bribery, money laundering, whistleblower and retaliation matters, and when appropriate conducting an investigation (10A, books and records, cross-border, FCPA, regulatory etc.), then determines economic damages, performs root cause analysis, develops remedial procedures, and designs/enhances governance, global risk management and compliance systems along with internal controls, policies and procedures and monitoring tactics to mitigate future potential issues. He also testifies when called upon.

He has educated and advised some of the world’s largest companies and organizations.

Information about CPE eligibility

There are no prerequisites for this event, and advance preparation is not required. There is no cost to attend this event.

Level: Basic

CPE credit: fourteen (14) hours total credit
