Rodgers originally joined Baker Tilly in 2004 and served as an engagement partner in the commercial audit practice based in Washington, D.C. before leaving the firm in 2012 to pursue other opportunities. In the time since, he served as practice leader in a boutique advisory and accounting firm focused on consulting to and advocating on behalf of publicly-traded and privately-held companies as they planned, executed and reported on the effects of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising activities and complex revenue recognition transactions, among many others.
