In our COVID-19 triage plan webinar last week (April 9, 2020), we presented and discussed several practical steps that government contractors should take to position themselves for potential future financial remedies as the coronavirus crisis abates.

As we wrapped up week five of the COVID-19 siege and its impacts on the government contracting community, we provided the latest news on evolving government policies, relevant CARES Act Sec. 3610 implementation updates, and anecdotes from our experiences since last week’s webinar. More specifically, we covered DoD’s implementation guidance and FAQs, as well as DOE’s Sec. 3610 implementation clauses and FAQs, and discussed what they mean for contractors, including the tidal wave of equitable adjustments to come.
