Additionally, Thrasher Group provides concrete leveling and repair, egress window installation and crawl space repair, all with industry-leading products, installation techniques and warranties. Thrasher serves Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Missouri and Colorado from its headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska.
Thrasher Group was expanding from one location to eight within five years, almost doubling its workforce. However, the company’s disparate systems for human resources, customer relationship management (CRM), finance and inventory failed to keep pace with the rapid growth. Extensive customizations included systems such as Salesforce, QuickBooks, Fishbowl and Concur that were no longer functioning as expected for Thrasher Group’s 500 users.
