Baker Tilly was engaged prior to a Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) follow up review of the contractor’s purchasing system.

In response to our client’s needs, Baker Tilly provided business system solutions to include risk assessment, process design, procedure development, and internal control enhancement. Baker Tilly helped update the company’s policies, design new internal controls, and develop a compliance monitoring programs.

Results achieved

By identifying control deficiencies, policy and procedure gaps, and contract compliance risks and providing corrective solutions, the contractor is prepared for future business system audits.
