Year-end business tax planning webinar

2019 has been a year of transition as taxpayers filed their first returns under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA). Not only have taxpayers become acquainted with the legislation, the IRS and Treasury Department continue to issue regulatory guidance interpreting the TCJA. While we are nearly two years in since its passage, substantial guidance in certain areas has yet to be issued.

Please join us for our annual year-end business tax planning webinar as specialists from our tax services practice discuss the latest regulations and the most common topics their clients are asking about.

Learning objectives:

  • Federal tax update with a focus on new guidance and potential technical corrections
  • A look at how states are still reacting to the Wayfair decision and income tax developments over the last year
  • International tax issues, including rising tariffs,  GILTI and transfer pricing
  • Update on the centralized partnership audit rules, unclaimed property and ACA enforcement
  • Executive compensation and employee benefit overview
