They will address implementation and compliance issues/challenges every organization should consider as they look to implement or upgrade their Costpoint system or undergo changes to their organizational structure and cost accounting practices.
Part two will focus on the critical aspects of proper design and configuration to achieve system and compliance success. Attendees will learn how to align compliance with business process change and gain an understanding of how the establishment of a strong and knowledgeable project management office (PMO) plays a critical role in success.
