Getting the full picture: Software, process and compliance - build, test and prepare the organization

Join Deltek’s Wolf Thiers and Baker Tilly’s Noah Leiden for the final session of their three-part webinar series, Getting the full picture: Software, process and compliance. They will address implementation and compliance issues/challenges every organization should consider as they look to implement or upgrade their Costpoint system or undergo changes to their organizational structure and cost accounting practices.

Part three will focus on how to prepare for change management, compliance and related DCAA audits. Attendees will learn how change management during build and testing phases leads to a successful roll out and how to utilize the time to assess and prepare policies, procedures and controls for compliance and DCAA business system audits.
