This session will explore how the clean energy credits under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) offer unprecedented tax credits and incentives from the federal government and provide unique yet complex opportunities for higher education institutions. Colleges and universities continue to navigate the nuances of the legislation, project eligibility and implementation regulations.

Panelists will share their experiences with energy project development and compliance with rules relating to domestic content, prevailing wage and apprenticeship (PW&A) requirements and other regulations. We will also share our efforts with the IRS pre-filing registration portal and tax credit filings.
