Leveraging the updated Three Lines Model for greater organizational resiliency

In July 2020, the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) issued a revised Three Lines Model for managing risk. During this webinar, we will walk through updates to the model and provide insight into key elements of the model that are critical for effective oversight and accountability. We will also share our perspective on how the model can be used as a tool to communicate and clarify organizational roles, move towards resiliency and ensure all lines work collectively to create and protect value.
