Jennifer Schwalm
Jen is a principal with Baker Tilly’s healthcare practice. With more than 25 years of healthcare industry experience with a focus on senior living, Jen brings a rich history of consulting and operations experience, including assisting providers with business solutions. Prior to rejoining Baker Tilly, Jennifer held the roles of chief mission development officer at Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania (MV of PA) and president of Ashlar Creative Solutions, a subsidiary of MV of PA.
Lincoln Donaldson
Lincoln Donaldson is a seasoned accounting professional with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Houston. Beginning his career in public accounting, he earned his CPA license before transitioning to AcctTwo/Baker Tilly in 2016. There, he specialized in the implementation and consulting of Sage Intacct products, eventually rising to the position of director of professional services. Recently, Lincoln embraced a new challenge as the director of sales engineering, where he leverages his extensive expertise to drive innovative solutions and support client success.
Wayne Richards
Wayne Richards is manager of sales and has been with AvidXchange for seven years. In his current role, Wayne specializes in helping companies streamline accounts payable operations and creating efficiencies through automation and best practices. During his time at AvidXchange he has helped hundreds of organizations in evaluating accounts payable (AP) solutions, created and lead successful teams and loves being an AP automation advocate. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, staying active with his nine and ten year-old boys, and his dog Jax.
