During this course, Russ Hissom will cover basic and intermediate utility work asset management accounting for utility construction costs as well as deciphering between capital construction and maintenance costs. Through real-life examples, learn practical utility industry processes for utility construction costs.
Advanced public utility accounting
Thursday, Oct. 3: 8:30 a.m.–4 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 4: 8 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
During this course, Bethany Ryers and Russ Hissom will examine how accounting theory and practice impact financial reporting to guide utility planning and decision making.
