Workforce housing: If you build it, they will come

During this interactive discussion, we will start with the definition of workforce housing (including how it differs from affordable housing) and address the potential political challenges associated with the definition of workforce housing. We will also discuss the tools available to local governments to encourage, how to incentivize or pay for workforce housing projects and the availability of some potentially tempting solutions to the workforce housing challenge.
