2023 CFMA Northeastern Wisconsin Chapter Meeting

This session will focus on the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, highlighting the tax credits available for construction or contractor entities with significant focus on prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements. Guidance for these requirements is pending and expected to be released by the IRS late summer or early fall. Join CFMA and Baker Tilly on Oct. 10, 2023 to learn about the latest guidance and what actions contractors will need to take to maximize eligible project tax credits.

After completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 at a high level.
  2. Comprehend the relevance of prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements and the potential impacts on their projects.
