Paul Steinman, a director with Baker Tilly, has more than 30 years of experience working in and for the public sector. Paul has provided technical and management assistance to clients on a variety of public finance, development and redevelopment projects. In addition to public finance, his skills include creative business retention and attraction methodologies, comprehensive knowledge of tax abatement/tax increment financing and core city redevelopment and project management. He also brings to the firm a broad understanding of public policy issues and the challenges of local government interaction with economic development and redevelopment projects.
