Ollie is principal of advanced analytics and data engineering at Baker Tilly and has over 10 years of experience in delivering technology, strategy and analytics programs across multiple industries.

Ollie leads the advanced analytics and data engineering practice at Baker Tilly. Acting as a bridge between strategy technology and analytics, Ollie is adept at translating analytical output into actionable business value, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to derive insight from data. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Ollie was a leader in the analytics and cognitive practice at Deloitte Consulting.

  • MDM and pricing optimization: lead a group of 30 data science and data infrastructure professionals to develop and implement an MDM strategy to create a global pricing optimization platform for one of the world’s largest and most iconic fast food brands
  • Digital strategy: worked across marketing, merchandizing, supply chain, finance and engineering, Ollie led the initial strategy design for a new two-day shipping offering in the e-commerce unit of one of the world’s largest retailers
  • Predictive analytics: worked in collaboration with merchandising leadership at one of the world’s most iconic sportswear brands to develop an analytics program to predict upcoming shifts in the product lifecycle
  • Machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) strategy: developed a next generation ML and AI operating model for the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies to drive innovation and insight delivery
