Kimberly Herlitzka is a key leader of the firm’s staffing, recruiting and executive search businesses, Baker Tilly Search & Staffing and Baker Tilly Executive Search. Kim joined the firm in 1996. She has dedicated the last 23 years of her career helping businesses successfully navigate the recruiting lifecycle. Kim currently focuses her practice on providing executive search services. She helps organizations find and hire talent for the c-suite, president and director level in a variety of capacities, including accounting and finance, marketing, human resources, operations and artificial intelligence/business analytics, among others.
In addition to her leadership with Baker Tilly Executive Search, Kim is also a member of the executive leadership team for Baker Tilly Search & Staffing, an accounting and finance recruiting company that is consistently recognized by Clearly Rated as a Best of Staffing Talent organization. As a leader, Kim trains and develops her search and staffing professionals to match people to jobs and company cultures. Kim and her team are well equipped to help organizations find accounting and finance talent — on an interim and permanent basis — and assist people in finding rewarding careers.
Understanding the importance and benefits of diversity in the workplace and beyond, Kim is an active member of the Baker Tilly DIBS (Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging for Success) Committee. She also previously led the firmwide GROW (Growth & Retention of Women) Committee for more than 10 years.
