John D. Julien is a partner in the public sector practice group.

Works with utilities and municipalities. He has conducted financial studies for municipally owned sewage, water, stormwater, electric, and gas utilities, regional water and sewer districts, and conservancy districts. These studies often involve short- and long-term financial planning, cost-of-service studies and financial planning for the issuance of municipal tax-exempt bonds, notes, and loans. In addition, Julien has worked extensively on municipal tax budgets, economic development projects, tax incremental financing projects, annexation studies, and the issuance of tax-supported and income-supported debt.

Registered Municipal Advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
