As managing partner of Baker Tilly’s Minneapolis office, Jeff DeYoung oversees talent development, resource management and the creation of high-performing teams. The Minneapolis office comprises more than 240 tax, audit, consulting, risk and staffing professionals. He also leads the firm’s Midwest region risk, internal audit and cybersecurity (RIAC) and tax practices. Since joining the firm in 1999, Jeff was elected to and served more than 10 years on the board of partners, and also served as a past member of the National Management Committee. Previously, Jeff was market leader in Illinois and Michigan.

  • Provides leadership, management and strategic direction for the Minneapolis office, including client service, staff retention and recruiting and profitability

  • Serves large construction and real estate clients with tax planning and business strategy needs
