Jeff Jorge leads the international endeavors of Baker Tilly's Center for the Return of Manufacturing (CFRM). Jeff, a firm Principal and degreed engineer, is responsible for delivering growth strategy formulation, implementation, and turnkey international market entry / operations repatriation support to companies in multiple industry sectors and foreign markets. Jeff also serves as the firm's International Growth Services Practice Leader and Latin American Services Desk Leader.

Jim Malczewski, partner, serves as the firm's Greater Wisconsin Regional Tax Leader. He specializes in consulting with medium to large-sized privately held businesses and their owners in the manufacturing and distribution industry. Jim has extensive experience in integrated tax savings and business improvement strategies.

Lynette Stolarzyk, JD, LLM – Center for the Return of Manufacturing International Tax Leader
Lynette Stolarzyk, Principal, serves in the firm's international tax practice and is the Midwest region international tax leader. She leverages her experience in public and private industry to provide manufacturing clients with effective tax consulting and planning services.

Cory Wendt, Senior Manager, provides comprehensive financial and project development support to clients with intensive process manufacturing enterprises related to energy, agricultural and food manufacturing. Leveraging 15 years of development experience, he helps clients manage new large capital expenditures through a holistic approach from concept through integration into their organization.

Cindy Bratel, Senior Manager, with the Consulting Practice has held various leadership positions in management consulting, manufacturing and distribution industries since 1991. Cindy's experience includes project management, materials and operations management, ERP software implementation, process improvement, organizational restructuring and information technology.
