This week we celebrate International Women’s Day and join the world to #PressforProgress in gender parity.

At Baker Tilly, for us this means an inclusive workplace where women and men – not women or men – thrive. It’s who we are, not just what we do.

The talent of our entire team knows no bounds. Their dedication to our firm is inspiring. Their contributions to our profession are profound. Together we are making a difference.

While we can see and feel progress, we know that much work remains. This does not deter us. Instead, this encourages us.

We strive to put principle into practice. We challenge rhetoric over reality. Instead of programs that promote “professional success,” we knock down barriers that prevent it.

Every day we chip away at the status quo.

Today and every day I personally pledge to press for progress in how I think and how I act. I do this on behalf of my firm. I do this on behalf of my daughter and son. Let’s create a better tomorrow, today.
