Nate provides New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) consulting services to both community development entity clients and transaction consulting, with a focus on borrowers interested in obtaining NMTC allocation. In addition to NMTC, He has worked on a broad array of financial advisory services, including, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and business valuations across numerous industries.
