Michael Milani is executive managing director and a principal with Baker Tilly and Baker Tilly Capital, LLC. He joined the firm in 2015 with more than 30 years of experience. Mike leads Baker Tilly Capital’s mergers and acquisitions efforts out of Baker Tilly’s Chicago headquarters. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Mike worked at a large national firm’s corporate finance group as a senior managing director and previously as president. He also has experience as a commercial banking officer.
