Lauri has nearly 20 years of accounting experience and has a strong background in alternative investments inclusive of funds and structured finance vehicles. She joined Baker Tilly in 2014.

-Notably, securitization structures and catastrophe bonds issued via special purpose reinsurance vehicles 

Works with both IFRS and U.S. GAAP and other specialization including accounting for complex financial instruments such commodity derivatives, foreign currencies, securitization structures, and other illiquid securities
