John Heyde is the fund administration practice leader at Baker Tilly. With more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, John leads the Baker Tilly private equity fund services platform (PEFS). He is responsible for the performance, growth, and strategic development of the PEFS practice. John has deep expertise within the alternative investments and real estate industry. His specialties include financial reporting, fund accounting, investor relations, internal control compliance and certification, the development of carried interest waterfall models and other complex fee calculations, and the implementation of private equity back-office best practices.
