Brad Hambrick is a managing director with Baker Tilly’s real estate advisory practice. He has more than 20 years of experience specializing in real estate transaction advisory services including valuation, transaction due diligence and construction/development advisory assisting public and privately held companies. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Brad co-led the real estate transaction advisory services practice at a large international accounting firm and managed the development and construction of large-scale infrastructure and commercial projects for various firms.

Strategic advisor to a large city municipality as part of their restructuring. Performed a fiscal impact study related to development and redevelopment matters and presented to the city’s chief financial officer

Benchmarking and market studies including, but not limited to, IRR, fund research and investor presentations for private real estate clients
