Coming out of the last recession, companies were asking lots of questions. How do we get back to growth? How do we move into new markets? How do we compete with new competitors? How do we think about mergers and acquisitions to gain a competitive advantage? With those questions now answered, organizations want to execute against these strategies for growth. That’s where the people come in. In order to do so, you need people in the right seats, with the right roles, defined in the right way to be able to execute those strategies.
