Due to COVID-19 and the continuous social distancing and travel restrictions, many investigations are currently being performed remotely. The preference for performing interviews is usually in person to control the subject and environment, as well as read body language, etc., but while COVID-19 is still in play, it's important to improvise, adapt and overcome any obstacles.
