As a technology start-up, the client had yet to establish standardized business processes associated with their accounting, payroll and HR functions, which created inconsistencies and inefficiencies. They also required an accounts payable solution for a virtual office, which was not yet deployed. Once selected, Baker Tilly worked with the client to prioritize process definition and implementation of a new financial management solution, Sage Intacct, a forerunner in bringing cloud computing to finance and accounting for small and medium-sized businesses.
