On December 1, 2015 New York Department of Financial Services released a draft copy of revised regulations for anti-money laundering (AML). The proposed regulation will require:

  • An annual certification of compliance with AML laws,
  • Enhanced requirements around IT testing of systems used,
  • Readability standards for program documentation
