The employee retention credit (ERC) is a fully refundable payroll tax credit made available by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act to employers, including not-for-profits (NFPs). Earlier in March, Baker Tilly hosted a webinar discussing changes to the ERC. If you missed it, watch the on-demand recording.

Now, listen to Baker Tilly’s NFP specialists as they highlight unique considerations for NFPs and what it could mean for your organization. They discuss:

  • The Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) changes and how they may impact your organization
  • Eligibility requirements including employee counts and qualifying wages
  • Deadlines and next steps

This recording does not replace the detail or expertise included in the earlier webinar, but rather highlights key considerations unique to the NFP industry.
