Scott Ebert, partner and firm leader of our craft beverage practice, moderated the panel “Best practices: Executing your brand at retail through distribution.” This panel included Chuck White, vice president of sales at R.A. Jeffreys Distributing Company, Nathan Berndt and Tom Whisenand, co-owners of Indeed Brewing Company, and Jack McCraine, firm beverage director with 25 years of experience at Anheuser-Busch.
This presentation addressed how to help your brand stand out on the shelf as well as explored the intricacies of sales channel management. Strategies were discussed on how to make your brand best in class within your market. Incentive programs were also covered as to how to maximize the effectiveness of incentives driving your sales, operations, and production teams, in conjunction with selecting the right wholesale partner.
