COVID-19 Triage plan part 5: updates and FAQs as of April 23, 2020

Presented by Brent Calhoon and Jen Flickinger

In our COVID-19 triage plan webinar last week (April 16, 2020), we provided the latest news on evolving government policies, relevant CARES Act Section 3610 implementation updates, and anecdotes from our experiences since last week’s webinar.

Week six of the COVID-19 crisis concluded with more guidance from DoD and OMB, which made for some interesting weekend reading and head-scratching. Although much of the government’s guidance to date carried a pleasant tune of solidarity with its contractors, this recent guidance rings a bit off key.  This week we discussed DoD’s updated FAQ and OMB’s latest guidance as well as the latest updates, insights and anecdotes we gather from across the government contracting marketplace.

In this on-demand webinar, Baker Tilly's government contractor advisors discuss what contractors should be doing now.
