Session three of Utility University will feature two topics that need to be addressed in the workforce now and will continue to be prominent in the future: strategic planning and cybersecurity.
Breaking through barriers to planning and execution is a key to future organizational growth. Baker Tilly’s Melanie Varghese will kick off the session with a discussion on approaching planning with a clear vision and an executable process to carry out strategic goals.
Then, Brian Nichols, director in Baker Tilly’s risk advisory practice, will provide a cybersecurity overview, including the latest threats and mitigation strategies.
