The COVID-19 pandemic has challenged our world in ways we have never experienced before. As municipalities look ahead, processes and procedures will be redefined and there will be a need to evaluate several areas to consider post-pandemic strategies. Baker Tilly Municipal Advisors will present a networking session to discuss outsourced financial management and provide best practices on how to design processes to enhance the roles of management, increase internal controls and provide assurance that internal and external reporting requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner within your organization.
