Tom is a managing director in Baker Tilly’s government contractor solutions practice. Tom has over 30 years of experience in consulting with comprehensive accomplishments leading large enterprise technology transformations, ERP implementations, process optimization, cybersecurity, and managing cross-functional teams to achieve goals. He is an innovative thinker with strong federal government, intelligence, defense/U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), and commercial consulting acumen. He is experienced in leading digital, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) and robotic process automation (RPA) projects for large-scale organizations.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Tom was with a global technology, data, and management consulting services firm. Most recently, Tom managed the three year, $100 million enterprise-wide “Nextgen” financial transformation, including integrated ERP design and implementation for finance (Deltek Costpoint), supply chain (Ivalua), business intelligence (Tableau), and automated workflow (Integrify).
