Shane is Baker Tilly’s head of diversity, inclusion and belonging.
Shane serves as the executive leader advancing Baker Tilly’s diversity, inclusion and belonging strategy and ensuring it is embedded in all elements of the business operations. Shane has extensive experience in the breadth of diversity, inclusion and belonging execution and strategy activities: executive leadership and coaching, strategy development, standing up employee groups, building and facilitating DIBS learning experiences.
