Scott is a principal in the tax practice of Baker Tilly.

Scott’s experience includes conducting sales and use tax and telecommunication tax refund analysis reviews, implementing procurement companies, negotiating state and local tax incentives, performing managed audits, defending companies against state tax audit assessments, as well as conducting extensive research involving a wide range of indirect taxation issues.

During his career, Scott has served clients in the manufacturing, telecommunications, retail, software and homebuilding industries. While serving multistate and multinational clients, Scott spends the majority of his time working with clients in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico and Kansas.
