Ryan Pickering is an experienced manager with the enterprise solutions and services consulting practice of Baker Tilly, and since joining the firm in August 2014 has remained focus on supporting our clients in their back office operations and associated technologies.

Ryan currently serves as our Sage Intacct Practice Lead, helping clients deliver on their vision for cloud-based accounting software. He enjoys helping clients create high performing workplaces through process and technology transformation.  

Ryan has experience across all facets of the business including new business development, delivery oversight, market offering management, workforce development and operations. His experiences to date have allowed him to develop skills ranging from business case development and workforce assessments, to business process and service delivery model design, and to program and project management.

  • Worked with a Fortune 250 connectivity company with 15,000+ employees providing project and change management oversight for their Oracle HCM Cloud implementation; specifically oversaw the development of end to end business processes associated with the following HR functions – absence management, benefits, compensation, Core HR, HR Help Desk and Talent Acquisition
  • Worked with an international healthcare network, with more than 260,000 employees globally, to develop a Business Case for implementing Oracle HCM Cloud for their Talent Acquisition function
  • Worked with a United States federal agency with 68,000 employees providing program management oversight on a Harmonization project in which we develop Global Common Model (GCM) processes for their various organization groups, inclusive of Core HR, HR Help Desk, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes
  • Worked with a 1,500 employee regional medical provider providing support for a Workforce Assessment of their HR function, as well as, their HCM Cloud solution; specifically organizing their HR function and the roles and responsibilities needed to deliver for their business
  • Worked with a global advisory, broking and solutions organization with 40,000+ employees providing project management support for their implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Acquisition and Core HR in 75+ countries across the globe; helped structure, organize and oversee the collective deployment support workstream
  • Worked with a global automotive parts manufacturer with 34,000+ employees providing program management oversight for their implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Learning modules within 15 countries and across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific
  • Worked with an international clothing retailer with 66,000 employees providing change management for their Oracle HCM Cloud implementation of Recruiting and Onboarding, across their North America corporate and store stakeholder groups
