His hands-on style allows him to quickly assess and implement solutions within the organization while gaining trust and acceptance of the various stakeholders.
Royce started his career at a large global defense organization with roles in the controller and financial planning groups and subsequently entered public accounting in assurance and attestation while stepping into various roles of management during his career.
