Riley Newsome is a director within the transaction advisory services team that has been with Baker Tilly since 2017. He leads buy-side and sell-side quality of earnings engagements for private equity, strategic, and lender clients. Riley’s key areas of expertise include quality of earnings studies, quality of assets/net working capital, purchase agreement support, pro-forma financial statement preparation, profitability analysis, carve-out analyses, and forecasting and financial reporting evaluations.
