Patrick is the New York metro area market leader and a partner in the healthcare/not-for-profit services practice in the New York regional offices of Baker Tilly. He has nearly 30 years of experience in providing various audit, review, accounting and consulting services to not-for-profit entities. He serves as the firm’s East regional leader of the diversity committee and is a member of the national diversity committee.
Patrick also serves on the board of the Baker Tilly Foundation and chairs its finance committee.

- Specializes in consolidated fiscal report (CFR) audits, compliance audits in accordance with Governmental Auditing Standards, Uniform Guidance, as well as other agency-specific guidelines
- Advises clients in SED rate reconciliation, OPWDD rate rationalization and strategic financial operations
