Michael has more than 10 years of public accounting experience and specializes in audit engagements for nonprofit organizations and privately held companies. In his role as managing director, Michael works as an essential part of the audit team to provide efficient audits, reviews, compilations and other attestation services in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and Government Auditing Standards. Michael works closely with his clients to provide business advisory and consulting services ranging from the implementation of new accounting standards to working through complex transactions. Heavily involved in nonprofit audit engagements for the Firm, Michael regularly leads the completion and review of Federal Form 990 and state informational tax filings and performs Federal single audits.
