Lynette Stolarzyk is a managing partner with Baker Tilly and the firm’s specialty tax leader. Lynette joined the firm in 2015. She leverages her experience in public and private industry, as well as academia, to provide effective tax consulting and planning services. Lynette is a frequent presenter for our international tax practice, as well as an instructor at our national-level programming and a repeat author of the Tax Clinic section in the AICPA’s October issue of The Tax Adviser. She also leads our specialty tax practice, which is comprised of more than 100 professionals in the areas of international tax, state and local tax, cost segregation, research and development, mergers and acquisitions – tax, IRS practice and procedures, and tax transformation and automation.
