As a director within the firm’s state and local tax (SALT) practice, Joe focuses on providing multistate tax consulting and planning services to the firm’s clients. Joe’s expertise in rendering multistate income and sales tax consulting and compliance services addresses complex state corporate income tax matters, including nexus, appropriate filing methodology, state taxable income determination and revenue sourcing issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Joe was the multistate tax coordinator for Deloitte Growth Emerging Service (DGES) in the Tri-State area. As a member of the DGES leadership committee, Joe spearheaded the delivery of multistate tax services to Deloitte’s middle market hi-tech, retail and multinational clients in the tri-state area.

- Drafted an international firm’s first advanced pricing agreement with the Internal Revenue Service
