Jim McCracken is a director of business development with Baker Tilly US, LLP. Jim joined the firm in January 2019. His primary responsibilities include existing client management and new demand generation for Baker Tilly’s suite of compliance and quality control services. A long-standing veteran of the mortgage industry, Jim has considerable depth and experience. Jim has a detailed understanding of mortgage originations across multiple channels and product types. Throughout most of the last decade, he has held roles in vendor support services, selling both human-powered and SaaS solutions to mortgage bankers nationwide to help them increase operational efficiencies, leverage technology intelligently, and take advantage of valuable consultative services. He has recent experience in selling both quality control technology and quality control and compliance services as outsourced solutions, having worked at both ACES Risk Management and First American Mortgage Solutions.
